Common questions
What is a credit?
What we charge in. A person to contact, with why them, is 1 credit. If we find no one, nothing is drawn.
What happens when my credits run out?
It stops. Buy credits under Settings, 2 kr each and at least 100, they work at once and come on the invoice, or upgrade. The plan's credits refill every month and do not carry over.
How do the invoice and VAT work?
We invoice monthly in kronor, 30 days. All prices are excl. VAT. Pay for a year and you get 12 months for 10.
Can we be more users?
Yes. Every plan includes a number of users, and an extra user costs 250 kr a month. From 15 users, Agency fits.
Where do the facts come from?
From the companies' own websites and public records. Every claim is shown with the page it came from, so you can open it yourself.
How do I cancel?
Email kontakt@noadin.com whenever you like. There is no lock-in.
