Who is responsible

What Noadin stores

Facts about companies, each stored with the page it came from.

About people at those companies: name, role, what they published themselves in their professional role, work email and the company's switchboard number. A mobile number is there only when the company's own site prints it, or when a customer presses the button for it and it is fetched from a vendor.

If a customer saved you as a contact, Noadin may describe how you communicate in your professional role, from your title and the customer's own notes and calls. Never private life, no character scoring and no sensitive data. The description is removed if you ask.

Your account's own data: name, email, password (stored as a hash), the mobile number the trial was started with, your saved companies, notes, tasks and the texts you write, and the IP address and browser at sign-in, for security.

Where the data comes from

The company's own website, the Swedish Companies Registration Office's data via allabolag.se, the Swedish Public Employment Service's job ads, and search engines, whose results can include public LinkedIn profiles and news. Work email and mobile numbers can also come from FullEnrich.

If you were found at a company, we did not get the data from you. This page is our notice to you about it.

Why we may do this

For people at companies the legal basis is legitimate interest: companies being able to find the right person to talk business with. We weighed that against your interest: we look only for what you made public in a professional role, never for private life, age, home address or family.

For your account the basis is the agreement between your company and Noadin.

Your rights

You have the right to know what we hold about you, to have errors corrected, to have the data erased and to object to the processing. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se).

Deleting data

Write to privacy@noadin.com with your name and the company. Within 30 days we remove you from people lists, contacts, stored answers and the stored page texts that name you, and block your name at that company. If the company is read again later, you are not added back.

How long

Facts are marked stale after 60 days, so whoever reads them sees they should be read again.

Data about a person stays until the person asks us to delete it.

Your account and its data, the mobile number included, stay until the account is deleted. You delete it yourself under Settings.

The trial's mobile number

A trial starts with a code by text message, so that one number gets one trial. The number is sent to 46elks so the message arrives, and kept for as long as the account exists.

Transfers outside the EU

Anthropic, OpenAI, Serper, Brave, Jina AI, FullEnrich, Sentry and Resend may process data outside the EU. Those transfers are covered by our vendors' data processing terms, which include the EU standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

A visitor gets no cookies. Signing in sets the cookies the sign-in needs, and no others.
