The parties

The service is provided by Noadin AB, company reg. no. [ORGNR], Kragstalundsvägen 174, 186 54 Vallentuna ("Noadin").

The customer is the company that orders the service. Whoever orders confirms they may do so for the company.

The service

Noadin reads public facts about companies and the people in them and suggests who the customer should contact, why and why now.

Every fact is shown with the page it came from. A match can still be wrong or out of date. The customer checks the facts before making contact.

Account and users

Every plan includes a number of users: Start 1, Solo 1, Pro 2, Team 5, Agency 15. The owner can invite more; each extra user costs 250 kr a month excl. VAT.

The customer keeps its sign-ins secret and is responsible for what is done from its accounts.

Credits and plans

Every plan gives a number of credits a month, counted from the day the account was opened: Start 300, Solo 500, Pro 1 500, Team 4 000, Agency 8 000.

A lookup draws credits only when Noadin finds what was asked for. A blank answer, a timeout or an error draws none.

Credits not used in a month do not roll over to the next.

When the month's credits and any bought credits are used up, the account stops until the next month. Noadin never charges for use beyond that.

On a paid plan the account owner can buy more credits by invoice, at least 100 at a time, at 2 kr per credit excl. VAT. Bought credits apply at once, are used only after the month's credits run out, and are kept until used.

A trial account gets 20 credits and runs for 14 days, with no card and no charge. The trial ends when the days have passed or its credits are used up.

Payment

Payment is by invoice, 30 days net. All prices exclude VAT, which is added.

A customer paying by the year is invoiced for the year in advance.

If an invoice is unpaid after its due date, Noadin may pause the account until it is paid.

Cancelling

The agreement runs month to month with no lock-in. The customer can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Personal data

Noadin is the controller for the data about people at the companies the service reads about. How it is handled is in the privacy policy.

For the customer's own data in the service, such as notes and its own contacts, Noadin signs a data processing agreement on request to privacy@noadin.com.

Privacy policy

Acceptable use

The customer may not send mass mailings from the platform, resell data from the service, or scrape Noadin with automated tools.

Liability

Noadin's liability is limited to the fees the customer paid in the last twelve months. Noadin is not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit.

Availability

Noadin makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but gives no uptime guarantee.

Changes

Noadin gives at least 30 days' notice before a change to these terms takes effect.

Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by the general courts, with Attunda District Court as the first instance.
